The scheduling staff will work with you to find an appointment time and location that will meet your needs to the best of our ability. If you feel your medical condition requires more attention, please ask to speak to a triage nurse. 

Phones will only be answered during normal office hours. After-hours calls will go to the answering service for urgent calls only. Call 605-336-3503 to schedule your appointment during business hours.

Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Your First Visit

Patient Registration

Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes early for your first visit. You will be asked to complete initial paperwork electronically. Bring your medical insurance card, driver's license or identification card, and any important medical records, including any recent test results and CT scan films that should be given to the doctors. Please inform us about any health problems, allergies and medications that you are taking. 

Office Schedule

We make a sincere attempt to adhere to the appointment schedule as closely as possible. We appreciate the value of your time and dislike long waiting periods. However, patients do not become ill at pre-determined times, and surgery may take longer than anticipated in some cases. Your patience and understanding in these situations is greatly appreciated. We are very grateful for the sympathetic responses so many of our patients have shown under these extreme circumstances.

Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

We require at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Surgery Scheduling

If you have questions regarding surgery or need to set a date for surgery, your call will be directed to the surgery schedulers. 

LPN / RN / Primary Nurse

We're hiring! Midwest ENT & Allergy physician practice is searching for an LPN / RN / Primary Nurse to provide professional patient care in the clinical setting. Experience in a clinic setting preferred. Candidate will work directly with ENT Provider assisting in exam rooms, documenting in electronic medical record, managing physician schedule, preparing and maintaining supplies and instruments, and occasionally traveling with provider to outreach sites. Must be motivated, detail-oriented and self-directed. Full-time position; 40 hours a week. Full benefits package available.

Audiologist

• Au.D. preferred, will consider a master’s degree in Audiology;
• Active SD dispensing license or eligible for licensure;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care.

Our practice consists of 7 Otolaryngologists, 2 Physician Assistants and 5 Audiologists.
