Eczema
Eczema (atopic dermatitis), a very common problem in infants and toddlers, is a skin rash that tends to be chronic, relapsing, and itchy. Itching often precedes the skin rash. Eczema has usually established itself by age five, and fortunately gets better by adolescence.
