Dr. Kasznica (pronounced Kash-neets-ah) is wonderful in every way, and since I'm a cynical doctor-hater, I VERY RARELY give 5* ratings to doctors. He's one of the last of a dying breed of physicians who REALLY cares, and LISTENS to the patient. He takes time with you, and will treat you carefully like you are family. And on top of all that, he's an EXCELLENT surgeon. He's done 3 surgeries for me, as well as surgeries on all of my immediate family members, and several friends, so I have significant experience with his technique and outcomes. He's ranked as a top 10 surgeon in the Midwest for a reason. You won't be disappointed!

He listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them. He diagnosed me when no one else could. He explained everything to me in language I could understand. He gave me options for my multiple issues. I found out I have a deviated septum which is the reason my sense of smell is so poor. It is likely the cause of my snoring and dry mouth. I didn’t even know I had a deviated septum. I came in for other concerns! He has a plan for me and it will improve my life. I have never experienced a more thorough consultation and I’m so impressed. I work in the medical field. I also appreciated the very professional reception staff. The check in time was very brief and my time in the waiting room was less than 10 minutes.

Dr. K noticed immediately after walking thru the door to meet me that my nose was damaged due to Trauma, that it there was a bump along side the left of my nose. I needed help with correcting my Breathing. My nose had caved in due to having Covid 2x & possibly trauma. It was very hard to do anything since I was constantly breathing thru my mouth. Fatigue, can’t workout, can’t sleep & also had affected my Stomach. Dr. K is very professional and knows what he’s talking about. He clearly loves what he does and also the people he’s Helping. Dr. K is amazing. All 5 of my kids see him. He’s done multiple sets of ear tubes, adenoid removals and tonsillectomies on my kids. Super caring, always takes extra time to explain things in a way that we understand. He’s learned all of the kids names and really cares about them and even asks how they’re doing if we’re there for an appointment with another kid. I can’t say enough good things about him. We’ve had multiple ENTs, but he has hands down been the best and I would recommend him to anyone!

We drive an hour and 15 min to see him even when we have other options closer because he was able to explain our children's problems in a way we understand, and he genuinely cared about our children's needs. He explains everything (more than once if necessary), willingly answers all questions, continuously educates the patient throughout office visits, encourages patient to call with any questions or concerns. His staff phone regularly to follow up with patients who have had recent surgery. With Dr. Kasznica, the patient (not the patient's disease) is at the center of his care. Dr. Kasznica is a great doctor. He personally listens to your (the patient's) medical explanations and goes over every detail and medical issue himself. He spends the necessary time trying to understand what is going on with you so that he can make an accurate diagnosis. He will explain things in as much detail as you want to know. In order to give great and accurate medical care, a doctor needs to dig in to a patient's "story" and history to really be able to help, and he goes above and beyond.
